Jason Roskopf founded ITC Data Recovery in 2006 and has served as President of Spring City Consulting Group, Inc. since 2013. He has been court-qualified as a digital forensic expert in Wisconsin criminal and civil proceedings, including qualification as an expert on materials reportable to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). His expert testimony has primarily been offered on behalf of the defense, providing independent and technically objective forensic analysis.
His technology career spans more than four decades, beginning with Milwaukee-area BBS systems in the early 1980s and continuing through enterprise IT roles at Marquette Electronics, ABB Robotics, LTG Technologies, and GE Healthcare. At GE Healthcare he served as Technical Services Program Manager, supporting multi-billion-dollar acquisition integrations and divestitures across the United States, Canada, Finland, and the United Kingdom.
His forensic case work spans cellular network and historical location-data interpretation, warrant-return analysis for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, computer and mobile-device examinations, recovery of deleted or damaged data, and review of NCMEC CyberTipline reports.
